PokePrice is a price-comparison and collection-tracking tool for Pokémon trading cards. We aggregate card data and price information from third-party sources, including the TCGdex API, Cardmarket data and the eBay Browse API, and we display estimated values and marketplace listings.

Prices, market values and graded estimates shown on the Service are indicative only. They are derived from third-party listings and aggregated data, are not offers to buy or sell, and are not guaranteed to be accurate, current or complete. You are solely responsible for any purchase or sale decisions you make.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least the age of digital consent in your country to use the Service.

Certain features are available through a paid "Pro" subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Prices, billing cycles and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.

The Service participates in the eBay Partner Network and other affiliate programs. Some outbound links to marketplaces (e.g. eBay, TCGplayer, Cardmarket) may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the prices you pay on those marketplaces.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, reverse engineering, overloading our systems, infringing intellectual property, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Pokémon and all related names, marks and card images are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners (including The Pokémon Company and Nintendo). PokePrice is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them. All other content and software of the Service is owned by us or our licensors.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that pricing data is accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from buying or selling decisions based on data shown on the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
